Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through outbound calls, group presentations, and promotions.
• Provide fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving issues promptly and building lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and retention goals through effective relationship management.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored deposit, digital banking, credit card, and lending solutions.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities and solutions.
• Open and service accounts, process transactions, and complete documentation per procedures and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, audits, and security requirements.
• Complete required training and stay updated on products, regulations, and procedures.
