Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment.
• Ability to generate referrals including making on-site visits with local businesses.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming environment.
• Provide extraordinary customer service while achieving goals and supporting banking center staff.
• Build and maintain relationships to identify financial products meeting customer needs.
• Promote financial products and services to customers.
• Open deposit accounts and take loan applications; process consumer loan/credit line requests.
• Process customer transactions accurately in a fast-paced environment with cash drawer controls.
• Generate new business and expand relationships through networking and Centers of Influence.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns with positive solutions.
• Support other employees as needed.
