Job summary

The role requires a National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration and background checks, with emphasis on compliant process and digital-first service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Collaborates with branch team members to best serve clients.
