Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking an experienced Branch Relationship Banker to join our Central Avenue Phoenix branch. You will provide full-service banking, focusing on sales and service, open new accounts, and support client financial needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing preferred.
• Experience in a financial sales role is advantageous.
• Strong mathematical and banking product knowledge; ability to handle transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build customer relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ability to refer clients to appropriate products.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking to customers with emphasis on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns through direct action or referrals to other departments.
• Make referrals for bank products and services, including lending.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Open/update accounts and process consumer loans as needed.
• Support customer service duties and cashier responsibilities as required.
