Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker to join the St. Johns branch. The role focuses on delivering full-service banking, sales, and personalized service to build lasting client relationships.

You will refer clients to appropriate bank products, handle routine transactions, and support customers with loans and new accounts while complying with regulatory requirements and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in sales or teller roles.
• Experience in financial sales and customer service is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math and standard banking transactions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking and sales activities at the branch.
• Open/update accounts and process consumer loans.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services.
• Resolve client concerns and follow up as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
