National Bank of Arizona (NBAZ), a division of Zions Bancorporation, is hiring a Branch Relationship Banker (Personal Banker) for the Payson, AZ branch. The role centers on providing full-service banking, sales, and personalized customer service to help clients reach their financial goals.

Candidates should have a High School diploma and 1+ years in sales, teller, or loan processing, with strong communication skills and knowledge of banking products. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing.
• Proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with banking products and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers with focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns or refer to appropriate bank department.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services including lending.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with personalized service.
