Job summary

National Bank of Arizona in Payson, AZ is hiring a Branch Relationship Banker to deliver full-service banking with a strong focus on sales and service. You will open new accounts, process loans, handle client inquiries, and build lasting relationships with customers in the community.

Successful candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ years in sales or customer service, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years' experience in sales, teller, new accounts or loan processing or other directly related experience.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
• Experience in a financial sales representative-oriented role preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-service banking services to new and existing customers with focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns and refer to other bank departments when needed.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services including lending.
• Establishes, expands and maintains strong customer relationships.
• May handle cash transactions, open/update accounts, and originate/close loans.
• Other duties as assigned.
