Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to generate business and deepen customer relationships by promoting products and services. You will deliver high-quality service while achieving sales goals and supporting the banking center staff.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting financial products, opening deposit accounts, processing loan applications, and handling transactions with accuracy. A Notary or willingness to become one is required, with potential employer support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive-driven or relational selling environment.
• Minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience in a retail sales environment.
• Ability to generate referrals including making on-site visits with local businesses.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers.
• Strong work ethic and high integrity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident and enthusiastic personality.
• Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one at the Bank's expense.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and expand relationships through networking and Centers of Influence.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns with positive solutions.
• Support other employees as needed.
