Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of sales and service experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Professional demeanor with customers and coworkers.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Adherence to safety and security practices.
• Ability to learn computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-sell goals by understanding product features and benefits.
• Promote bank products and refer or resolve customer inquiries about accounts and services.
• Cross‑sell to commercial products or services with managers or partners.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Manage and grow a book of business with proactive customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities via lobby management and assist with digital tools.
