Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to proactively meet customer financial needs through direct sales and referrals while providing world-class service. You will handle deposits, loans, and cross-sell banking products, developing relationships and meeting monthly production goals.

The role requires at least 1 year of needs-based sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with customers and team members in a professional, confidential manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of needs-based sales experience.
• Prior job experience with extensive customer contact is required.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and standard applications.
• Proficient knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office software (Word and Excel).
• Must be a flexible team player with excellent oral and written communication, customer service and cross-selling skills.
• Must be able to establish and maintain working relationships with partners at their location and via telephone.

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and a can-do attitude.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, and be responsive to correspondence and problems.
