Frost in Texas seeks a Personal Banker I to be the first contact for customers, delivering trusted banking experiences with integrity and relationship-building.

You will provide teller and personal banking support, educate customers on deposits and loans, and strive to understand and meet each client’s financial journey while upholding Bank Secrecy Act policies.

Formación

• Exceptional customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account maintenance issues.
• Use good judgment and act with integrity in every interaction.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and complete daily teller settlements.
