Frost in Texas is seeking a Personal Banker I to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering a trusted banking experience rooted in integrity. You’ll build relationships and guide clients through deposits, loans, and account maintenance, while upholding Frost’s standards and providing warm, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday–Friday 7:45am–6:15pm with Rotating Saturdays, 8:45am–1:15pm.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• College hours preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide coverage in both personal banking and teller services while meeting consumer banking performance standards.
• Educate and advise customers on deposits and loans and assist with service or account maintenance issues.
• Maintain integrity and exercise good judgment in every situation.
• Provide teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per bank policies.
• Manage cash on hand and perform daily teller cash settlements and proof transactions.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay current with policies and regulations.
