You’ll provide teller and deposit support, educate customers on deposits and loans, and build lasting relationships while following bank policies.

You will help with transactions, manage cash, and stay compliant with regulations, contributing to a positive banking experience for clients across the community.

• Provide coverage in both personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and help with service or account maintenance issues.
• Uphold integrity and exercise good judgment in all customer interactions.
• Perform teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per policies.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller cash at end of day.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Attend teller and personal banking trainings to stay updated on policies and regulations.
• Develop relationships with clients as their primary contact.
