Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Bloomfield Hills, MI is seeking a Personal Banker Associate I- FH- Woodward & Winthrop to begin with a 4–8 week onboarding program including rotations in operations and sales. The role focuses on consultative banking, building a customer profile, and cross-selling within the Retail Personal Banker family.

The program concludes with certification to advance within Retail Personal Banker roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Ability to analyze financial information and perform basic math calculations.
• Professional representation and communication in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to identify customers' financial needs and build a profile.
• Cross-sell Retail products and coordinate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, etc.).
• Set appointments for financial reviews and participate in community events.
• Assist in opening/servicing Retail products and processing teller transactions.
• Maintain customer trust and protect confidential information.
