Job summary

Lone Star National Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to establish accounts, take credit applications, and build lasting customer relationships. You will actively cross-sell bank products and support teller operations while delivering exceptional service.

Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred and flexibility to work varying hours is expected. You will rotate between branch locations as needed and adhere to BSA/CIP compliance and internal controls within the banking center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year cash handling experience.
• 1 year banking experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency with BSA and CIP in corporate business and consumer loan documentation.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Open all types of new accounts and take credit applications.
• Cross-sell bank products/services (ATM, Mobile Banking, etc.).
• Assist teller line and balance cash drawer.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Refer customers to bank partners for more complex financial needs.
• Stay compliant with federal/state laws and bank policies.
