Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cash-handling experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to follow multi-step procedures with accuracy.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment and communicate professionally with customers.
• Perform teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Balance cash drawer daily and account for cash on hand.
• Contribute to meeting the banking center's goals and referral targets.
• Maintain knowledge of rules, regulations and internal controls.
• Attend training and comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Rotate between banking centers and work flexible hours, including occasional Saturdays.
