Job summary

You will work with the Banking Center team to deliver a positive customer experience, cross-sell bank products, and assist with teller support as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1 year in financial service industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of BSA/CIP preferred.
• Detail-oriented with regulatory accuracy.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to learn new procedures and technology.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Provides full customer service including opening accounts, credit cards, and cross-selling bank products.
• Cross-sell to internal bank partners when more complex needs are identified.
• Supports teller line to maintain service flow.
• Participates in training and mandatory compliance programs.
• Maintains knowledge of risk controls and loss prevention.
• Complies with laws and internal policies; performs other duties.
