Job summary

Lone Star National Bank in Mission, TX is seeking a Teller I to deliver exceptional customer service while accurately processing transactions. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and cash checks, balance your cash drawer, and build relationships with customers to identify financial needs.

Successful candidates will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate reliability and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior cash-handling experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow multi-step processes and banking policies.
• Flexible hours including Monday–Saturday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine teller transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawer and verify cash on hand.
• Assist customers by identifying financial needs and offering solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of banking controls, regulations, and policies.
• Participate in mandatory training and cross-training as needed.
