Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of financial service industry experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Proficiency with personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, procedures, and technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Open all types of new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services.
• Process transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to bank partners for more complex needs (lending, insurance, investments).
• Support branch operations and assist teller line to maintain service flow.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, CIP, and other regulatory requirements.
