Through an onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, you will gain hands-on experience, earn a certification, and learn to apply consultative sales to meet customers' financial needs while processing teller transactions and supporting risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience with consultative sales to identify financial needs.
• Ability to build customer profiles using Sales & Service processes.
• Professional appearance and clear verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and other Marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments.
• Cross-sell to the existing customer base and participate in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with internal partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
