Qualifications

• College degree or transferable work experience.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire customers.
• Ability to analyze basic credit/financial information.
• Professional appearance and communication.
• Familiarity with Retail policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers to set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in community outreach.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, and other partners to provide financial solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Operate within risk controls and banking policies.
• Assist with opening/servicing Retail products.
• Participate in consumer loan and bankcard processes.
