Fifth Third Bank is seeking candidates for a Retail Personal Banker I program designed to prepare you for frontline banking responsibilities. You will learn and apply consultative sales techniques to identify customer needs, deepen relationships, and cross-sell financial solutions in a customer-centric environment.

The role emphasizes building trust with customers, processing teller transactions, and participating in training rotations covering operations and sales & service.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to engage in sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Understanding of advanced math functions that may be used in credit analysis.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales process and needs assessment to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outreach for periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with internal partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals and protect customer data.
