Job summary

WSFS Bank is hiring a Personal Banker to help customers with accounts, loans, and digital banking services. You will open new accounts, process loan applications, and provide product recommendations during in-person and outbound calls.

The role is full-time with a 40-hour week, featuring a rotating schedule, base pay with incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior banking and cash handling experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• One year of banking experience is required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to market Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships during in-person interactions and outbound calls.
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance as requested.
• Promote WSFS Bank's digital banking services and cross-sell relevant products.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process transactions accurately and timely.
