Columbia Bank in Salem, OR seeks a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional client experience, open accounts, and expand relationships. You will ask questions to identify needs, offer suitable products, and refer clients to internal partners while resolving issues with proactive service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability and desire to actively develop consumer lending skills.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional client experience by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Refer clients to internal business partners and resolve issues.
• Support teller functions when needed and maintain follow-up on requests.
