Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service per Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to uncover needs and provide solutions.
• Open consumer and business accounts for new and existing clients.
• Refer clients to internal partners for additional products and services.
• Uncover and originate consumer lending opportunities.
• Support tellers and assist with cash handling when needed.
• Identify and refer a wide range of products to appropriate partners.
• Resolve client issues with proactive follow-through.
• Build familiarity with business, consumer, and trust entities.
