The role requires a high school diploma, at least 1 year banking experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to obtain an NMLS within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year teller or other banking experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services.
• Proficiency in consumer lending.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by opening consumer and business accounts.
• Originates consumer loans independently and accurately; assists with small business lending opportunities.
• Uncover financial needs and refer clients to appropriate partners within the bank.
• Engage clients in financial reviews and provide solutions and referrals.
• Maintain proactive client contact and resolve issues in alignment with Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
