Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products and services offered.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, balance accounts and drawers, and perform accurate calculations.
• Proficiency in expanding client relationships and creating new relationships.
• Ability to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience according to Breakthrough Client Experience Standards.
• Acquire new and expand existing relationships with clients by identifying needs and offering appropriate products.
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for existing and new clients.
• Refer clients to internal business partners for appropriate products/services.
• Provide timely responses to inquiries and resolve client issues with follow-through.
• Support teller functions when needed and contribute to a team environment.
