Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Teller or banking experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of consumer banking and business products.
• Ability to obtain NMLS (preferred).
• Ability to handle cash, balance accounts and drawers accurately.
• Strong client relationship expansion skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service with prompt acknowledgement and responsive inquiries.
• Engage clients in financial reviews to identify needs and propose solutions.
• Open consumer and business accounts for clients.
• Support teller functions when needed and assist team.
• Refer clients to internal partners to grow relationships.
• Resolve client issues with proactive follow-up.
