You will develop foundational certifications and participate in ongoing professional development while supporting branch performance and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Business related college classes or degree preferred.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding, standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook.
• Smartphone and digital channel skills; strong organizational and analytical abilities; excellent written and oral communication.
• Satisfactory transportation.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and consumer deposit and loan relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Assist clients with banking needs; open accounts, discuss and refer or originate loans, and onboard new clients.
• Build relationships through consultative conversations and promote digital/self-service options.
• Support branch operations and help meet performance goals.
• Travel to businesses and community contacts as assigned; communicate clearly with staff and clients.
