Qualifications

High school diploma or approved equivalent.
Business related college classes or degree preferred.
Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding, standard Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI, Outlook).
Smartphone and digital channel skills; excellent organizational and analytical abilities; strong communication.
Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Build deposit and loan relationships through sales and service excellence.
Open new accounts, discuss and refer loans, and onboard new clients.
Prospect businesses with office visits and community engagement; promote digital/self-service options.
Support branch operations and contribute to growth goals.
