Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Business related college classes or degree preferred.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding; proficient with Excel, Word, Teams, PowerBI and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to teach clients self-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and discuss or refer loans; onboard new clients.
• Build deposit and loan relationships through consultative conversations.
• Promote digital/self-service options and WaFd systems to clients.
• Support branch operations and contribute to growth of client base.
• Communicate clearly with staff and clients, in person and remotely.
• Demonstrate WaFd values: integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline and service.
