WaFd Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to win new business and deepen customer relationships through exceptional service. You will build product knowledge, assist clients with accounts and loans, and promote digital options while supporting branch operations.

You will complete WaFd’s foundational certifications and develop career skills, with opportunities for advancement in a collegial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Business related college classes or degree preferred.
• Good math skills, 10-key and keyboarding, MS Office tools (Excel/Word/Teams/PowerBI/Outlook).
• Smartphone and digital channel skills with strong organizational/communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Build knowledge of bank products to grow deposit and loan relationships.
• Open accounts, discuss or originate loans, and onboard clients.
• Make outbound calls and visits to businesses and community groups.
• Promote digital/self-service options to clients.
• Help expand the small business and consumer client base.
