Responsibilities

• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and offer guidance.
• Open and deepen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation of interactions.
• Assist with teller transactions and participate in branch operations.
• Support morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
