Qualifications

• Ability to influence partners and leverage centers of influence
• Comfort with PCs and digital banking tools

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to identify financial wellness needs and provide tailored guidance
• Open personal and business accounts and cross-sell appropriate products
• Meet activity, behavior, and sales goals consistently
• Build partnerships with branch teammates and external partners
• Ensure compliance with policies and document client interactions
• Support teller operations and participate in morning huddles and debriefs
