Job summary

This client-first, sales-driven role requires teamwork and strong communication. You may assist with branch operations and Saturday shifts. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate.
• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during conversations and provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
• Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
• Opening personal and business accounts and related deposit products.
• Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and partners to focus on client acquisition and deepening relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies.
• Support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
