Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
• Experience in developing relationships and achieving sales goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts and develop client relationships.
• Provide financial wellness guidance and solutions to clients.
• Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and business line partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper documentation.
• Assist with Teller transactions and branch operations as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; Saturdays may be required.
