KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients, uncover needs, and guide financial wellness solutions in a branch setting. You will attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers through proactive conversations and tailored recommendations.

The role emphasizes a client-first, sales-driven mindset, effective teamwork, and professional communication. Strong knowledge of consumer credit and digital banking tools is required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit - including loan to value, debt to income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions.
• Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products).
• Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing). Notary License (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Opening personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, various deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, etc.).
• Developing strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners – focusing on client acquisition and deepening the relationship of current clients; managing internal and external centers of influence.
• Ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
• Support of branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end of day debriefs.
• Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change at any time with or without notice.
