• Engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide financial wellness guidance.
• Open accounts and support client transactions as part of branch operations.
• Develop partnerships with teammates and business partners to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational and risk controls and document client interactions.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs as needed.
