KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Stamford, CT. You will engage clients to understand needs, offer guidance on financial wellness, and grow relationships through in-person and proactive calling efforts.

The role emphasizes client-first service, collaboration with branch teammates, and adherence to risk and compliance policies. Notary license is preferred to support versatile banking services.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit concepts and ability to discuss financial wellness.
• Foundational sales/service techniques including prospecting and networking.
• Comfort with both in-person and phone consultations and building referrals.

• Open personal and small business accounts and related products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teams to attract and deepen client relationships.
• Comply with procedures, risk and audit requirements and document interactions.
• Assist with teller transactions and participate in morning huddles as needed.
