You will build relationships, open accounts, and partner with other teams to deepen client portfolios. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and a focus on delivering excellent client service.

The position emphasizes sales goals, proactive outreach, and in-branch collaboration, with a base hourly rate and incentive opportunities. Training and digital platform support are provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in developing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit and basic financial concepts.
• Familiarity with digital banking platforms and lead generation.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
