Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
• Comfortable interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions.
• Experience influencing partners such as Key Investment Services, Mortgage and Business Banking sales professionals.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
