Zusammenfassung

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Personal Banker for the Express Bank to deliver exceptional client experiences and guide customers through banking products and services. You will participate in a 9-week Banking Navigator training program designed to equip you with the skills and confidence to excel in client relations and sales.

During training you may work at different locations before permanency at a branch; initial schedule may differ from regular hours.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
• College degree is a plus.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong math skills; PC skills (word processing/spreadsheets).

Aufgaben

• Deliver outstanding client experience by answering inbound calls and chats.
• Educate clients about bank services such as online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM deposits.
• Confidently recommend a full range of consumer products to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance product knowledge and client relations.
