Job summary

During a comprehensive 9-week Banking Navigator training, you’ll gain hands-on guidance and practice to prepare you for success as a Personal Banker and contribute to long-term client growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
• Banking familiarity and ability to explain services.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written communication and professional etiquette.
• Ability to follow processes and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client experience via calls, chats, and in-person interactions.
• Educate clients about banking products and self-service options.
• Recommend a full range of consumer products to meet client goals.
• Participate in training and apply new knowledge to daily work.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
