BOK Financial in Phoenix is launching a Personal Banker track through our Banking Navigator program—a 9-week training that equips you with the skills to excel in client service and financial guidance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4+ years in sales or customer service.
• College degree is a plus.
• Business Banking certification is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to follow established standards and balance priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example through superior client experience delivery using a consultative needs-based approach to understand priorities and offer bank products.
• Resolve a variety of moderate to complex client problems and own/lead efforts to solve issues, escalating when appropriate.
• Perform teller transactions and deepen client relationships to help meet financial goals.
• Maintain BOKF brand experience through execution of key plays to drive loyalty while balancing long-term effects.
• Participate in coaching and training to develop product knowledge, systems skills, and client relations.
