Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required, plus related experience or product knowledge.
• 3+ years experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Background checks and regulatory disclosures as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service.
• Drive sales conversations with a defined process including outbound calls and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on PNC solutions to grow wallet share and loyalty.
• Mitigate problems with product and procedural knowledge to protect customers.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and participating in daily branch operations.
