Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a seasoned Personal Assistant in Bethesda, MD to partner with the Executive Assistant and support the CEO. You will manage personal scheduling, book complex travel for the CEO and family, and handle errands, budgeting, and gifting with discretion.

Requirements include 15+ years of executive support, with 5+ years as a Personal Assistant to a business leader. Flexibility to work after hours or weekends as needed is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive support experience.
• 5+ years of Personal Assistant experience supporting a business leader or Principal.
• Exceptional detail-orientation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative and engaging with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all personal scheduling for appointments and personal/social commitments, collaborating with the Executive Assistant to ensure no conflicts.
• Book complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and family, including air travel, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries and dining reservations.
• Responsible for personal errands, gifting, mailing, and package coordination.
• Track expenses, receipts, invoices, and additional household/personal budgeting items.
• Support the CEO's participation in personal board positions including scheduling, board functions, and special events.
• Track timelines and renewal deliverables for personal items including registrations, memberships, and insurance.
• Additional tasks as required in support of the CEO's personal matters.
