Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking field technicians to install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes. This 1099 independent contractor role offers the ability to set your schedule and travel to member residences, coordinating directly with clients or caregivers and documenting each visit.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills to educate clients on device use and maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance documentation are required.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls and client interactions using company software.
• Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators to provide seamless support to members.
• Obtain signatures via DocuSign on required paperwork during installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements and company policies.
