Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking field technicians to perform in-home installations of personal emergency response equipment. You will coordinate scheduling with members and caregivers, complete on-site setup and testing, and educate clients on device usage and maintenance.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with mile-based compensation and flexible scheduling. Applicants should have a vehicle, valid license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own vehicle with valid license, registration and auto insurance
• Willing to complete background checks and training
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients
• Deliver, install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients' homes
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation
• Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls using company software
• Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators to provide seamless service
• Obtain signatures via DocuSign on installation paperwork
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during installations
