Job summary

MedScope Installation is seeking dependable field technicians to install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes across the United States. You will coordinate with clients, perform setup, educate users, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation, all as a 1099 contractor.

You select your schedule, drive to locations, and complete signatures using Docusign. High school diploma required; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license, registration and auto insurance.
• Willing to complete background checks and training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
• Delivery, initial setup and testing of personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
• Educate clients/caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
