Job summary

MedScope Installation invites qualified Field Technicians to join as independent contractors (1099). You will coordinate scheduling, travel to client homes, and install and test personal emergency response equipment, ensuring proper setup and user training.

You work independently with flexible hours, earning mileage-based pay per trip. You’ll maintain records in the company software, collaborate with support teams, and collect required signatures via DocuSign, all while following safety and

Qualifications

Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license with insurance documentation.
Willing to complete background checks and training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working email address and basic computer skills required.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Coordinate appointment scheduling directly with clients.
Deliver, install and test personal emergency response equipment in clients’ homes.
Educate clients and caregivers on device usage, features and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
Maintain accurate records of installations and service calls using company software.
Collaborate with member support and installer coordinators for seamless service.
Obtain appropriate signatures via DocuSign on required paperwork.
Adhere to safety, regulatory requirements and company policies during installations.
